Running and operating a successful eCommerce website is an extraordinary rewarding experience. When I initially took the plunge and purchased CRE Loaded, my biggest concern was how I was going to install the software and make any necessary adjustments to the code and template if required. This to me was a daunting experience, and one that I absolutely wanted no part of. It was at that time that I came across Magnum Web Design. Not only did the Magnum Team install CRE Loaded for me, but they also helped rectify small bugs and other clashes I was having with the CRE Loaded template I was using. They were thorough, diligent, extremely responsive and helpful - answering all my questions and enabling me to focus on other aspects of the business while they took care of all the technical aspects of the website.
Additionally, the team at Magnum also helped answer questions I had about the admin panel - which can take some time to get use to.

A few weeks back I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with a Malware attack. My eCommerce store was down and critical files were corrupted. I wasn't getting any sales and my online business seemed to be rolling down hill. I contacted the Magnum team and reported the issues I was having, and within a short period of time they got me back up and running and secured my website from future Malware attacks. In addition to this, they also helped me move my eCommerce store over to another hosting provider in a very timely fashion.
