Patches are per patch installation. Current patch release is Cre Loaded Patch 13.1 {SP1}

If you are at patch 8 for instance you will need to purchase 5 patch upgrades to get you to the latest patch release.

Modifications, if you have a highly modified site and want to be patched up, there is an additional charge per patch, as the time it takes to compare all the edited files to a modified cart. If you forget to check modifications, and it is a highly modified site, no work will be preformed and a refund will be made.
